Saturday long runs are held each week and hosted by a different club member from his/her home. Runs depart at 7:30 am in the summer and 8:00 am in the winter.
Long run distance varies based on marathon training schedules (the WAMPS train for Boston in the spring, and a selected Club marathon for the fall). Base runs are 10 miles.
All routes can be adjusted to more or fewer miles, and runners of all pace groups are welcome and encouraged to attend.
You do not need to be training for a marathon to enjoy our weekly long run. Runs are held rain or shine.
