Weekly Runs

Saturday Group Long Runs

Saturday long runs are held each week and hosted by a different club member each week from their home or from a public location. Runs depart at 7:30am in the summer and 8:00am in the winter. Long run distance varies based on marathon training schedules. Base runs are 10 miles. All routes can be adjusted to more or fewer miles, and runners of all pace groups are welcome and encouraged to attend. You do not need to be training for a marathon to enjoy our weekly long run. Runs are held rain or shine.

Sunday WAMP Runs

Sunday runs depart from DB Sports (546 Kelley Blvd, N. Attleboro, MA) at 8:30 am and are held year round, rain or shine. All distances and abilities welcome. Routes available from 6 miles to 20+!


Summer Track Workouts




Track workouts are normally held Tuesday evenings on the Foxboro High School Track (120 South St. Foxboro, MA 02045). Warm ups begin at 6:15 and the workout starts at 6:30.

Old Fashioned 10 Miler




The Wamps have been hosting this race for the last 25. It is race held annually in February and consists of a 5K, a 10 miler, or the BadAss Half Marathon Combo in which runners run both the 5K and 10 miler.


All proceeds raised from our races go to local charities. Here are just a few that we have donated to in the past:
